Cloud Hosted Phone System provides you with more functionality than a traditional phone system but without the upfront costs or ongoing costs for maintenance. And, as our VoIP solution is a cloud-based IP telephony system, it’s always up to date, so you always use the latest version and benefit from the most recent features and can scale up as you grow almost without limit. There is no need for multiple telephone lines or ISDN 30’s, just a broadband connection required.

An omni-channel hosted contact centre solution

In 2014, we began collaborative work on a new Hosted Contact Centre solution that has grown into our Omni-Channel DigiDesk platform, where we have elegantly integrated Voice and Digital channels. DigiDesk has now been successfully rolled out to a range of contact centres in full featured, multi-channel form and to a wider range of customers adopting one or several channels from within DigiDesk, with customers ranging from a global food and beverage business to a top Premiership football team.
